Important Customer Notice

With effect from 1 December 2011, AquaCare will no longer be selling Home Insurance Protection Policies. The decision and restructuring of the business has been made by the AquaCare Board and agreed with the Insurance provider, London General Insurance Company Ltd.

AquaCare will also cease undertaking reactive chargeable domestic plumbing, drainage and heating repairs and other works such as new domestic boiler and bathroom installations.

For all existing AquaCare Home Insurance Protection Policy holders your period of cover will continue until renewal with no changes to your current terms and conditions.

All existing AquaCare policies due for renewal in December 2011 will be offered to renew their policy with AquaCare for a further 12 month period.

AquaCare policies due for renewal from 1 January 2012 onwards will no longer be offered an AquaCare policy at renewal. We are however, working with an alternative Home Insurance Protection Policy provider namely, HomeServe Membership Ltd who will be offering new policies to you at your renewal.

The changes being implemented should see enhancements to your current levels of service, not least access to a fully manned 24/7 claims management customer centre should you need to contact someone in the event of an emergency.
