At about 8.15 I phoned to ask for a repair to my boiler. About 2 hours later your engineers arrived and got the boiler working again, but declared that to avoid reoccurrence of this fault a new part was required. By 2pm on the same day he had obtained the replacement part and proceeded to fit it. I do not think I could have had better service no matter how much I paid. Well done and thank you for employing such excellent personnel.
