Just to say thank you for a great service. I phoned your office at about 4.30 this afternoon with a blocked drain. Your telephonist was very polite and arranged for a call out this evening. Your engineer was here by 6.30 and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He was most courteous and I have say it is a pleasure to deal with your company. Well done!
